This is a good introduction for Blues pickers to break outside of the 12 bar form. So many great players played Rhy. Changes and somehow it's no longer a popular form in Blues today. I know when I heard Little Charlie years ago play this progression I was totally consumed. More so I wanted it to sound like vintage Swing not modern jazz. Think Charlie Christian and Tiny Grimes
